Sirius Fashion in Bengaluru seeks a detail-oriented Supply Chain & Fulfilment Executive to manage end-to-end logistics, PO management, and order fulfilment across suppliers, warehouses, marketplaces and our D2C website. You will drive on-time deliveries, accurate inventory movement, and cost-efficient transportation while coordinating with external partners and internal teams.

Qualifikationen

• 2-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, e-commerce operations or fulfilment.
• Experience with suppliers, transporters, third-party logistics providers or e-commerce marketplaces.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Purchase Order Management: Coordinate the release of approved POs to suppliers and track dispatches against committed timelines.
• Inbound Logistics: Arrange transportation from suppliers to third-party warehouse partners and ensure timely delivery, receipt and reconciliation of shipments.
• Marketplace Operations: Reconcile marketplace PO requirements with warehouse partner requirements, track fulfilment SLAs and resolve delivery discrepancies.
• Transporter Management: Identify and onboard transporters, negotiate freight rates, maintain rate cards and monitor service quality and delivery performance.
• Order Fulfilment: Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of website orders, while managing shipment tracking, failed deliveries, returns and return-to-origin (RTO) cases.
• Inventory Reconciliation: Track stock in transit, warehouse receipts, shortages, damages and inventory discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate PO and shipment records, verify freight invoices, and publish regular reports on delivery performance, pending POs and operational exceptions.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to reduce logistics costs, improve delivery timelines and strengthen fulfilment processes.

Role Overview

Candidate Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, e-commerce operations or fulfilment.
• Experience working with suppliers, transporters, third-party logistics providers or e-commerce marketplaces.

• Excellent coordination, negotiation, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to independently manage multiple shipments, timelines and external stakeholders.
