Job summary

• Monitor order status from placement to final delivery.
• Generate and manage purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices.
• Track inventory availability and coordinate replenishment when required.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and supplier information.
• Resolve order-related issues such as delays, shortages, returns, and discrepancies.
