Position Summary We are looking for an experienced SCM COE Capability Lead to drive supply chain performance through advanced analytics, process governance, planning excellence, and digital transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for enhancing supply chain visibility, improving planning maturity, and delivering measurable business impact through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration. The position will play a critical role in capability building, governance, innovation, and transformation across the supply chain function.
Key Responsibilities
- Analytics & Planning Excellence
- Deploy advanced analytics to improve forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and customer service levels.
- Translate complex data into actionable business insights using Power BI and supply chain planning systems.
- Drive data science and analytics initiatives to support supply chain optimization.
- Develop dashboards and performance reporting frameworks to improve decision-making.
- Process Governance & Excellence
- Lead supply chain process maturity and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish KPI frameworks, governance routines, and performance management systems.
- Implement business process management methodologies and capability maturity models.
- Drive standardization and best practices across planning processes.
- Stakeholder Management & Change Leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align planning and execution strategies.
- Lead strategic projects related to supply chain transformation and process improvement.
- Drive organizational change management initiatives and adoption of new ways of working.
- Facilitate Communities of Practice (COPs) and promote data-driven decision-making culture.
- Capability Building & Team Development
- Coach and mentor teams in planning, analytics, and process excellence.
- Design and implement learning and development programs for supply chain professionals.
- Build organizational capabilities to improve planning effectiveness and operational excellence.
- Innovation & Digital Transformation
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across supply chain functions.
- Support implementation, configuration, and adoption of digital supply chain solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and engage with technology partners to enhance supply chain capabilities.
- Explore AI/ML-based applications for predictive and scenario-based planning.
Required Experience
- 10–14 years of overall professional experience.
- 5–8 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Analytics, Systems, or Process Excellence roles.
- Hands‑on experience in SAP IBP implementation and deployment.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and business transformation initiatives.
- Strong exposure to planning processes, analytics and supply chain systems.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- MBA preferred.

- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes including:S&OP / S&OEDemand PlanningSupply PlanningInventory Optimization
- Advanced proficiency in:SAP IBPSAP ECC / APOPower BIAdvanced MS Excel
