Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Finance Junior Manager to support cost and financial processes across EU operations, including materials, factory, logistics, and supply chain overheads. You will liaise with Europe-based teams, drive transfer pricing discussions, and deliver insightful cost reporting using Power BI and SAP tools.

The role requires a finance degree, 4+ years of experience, strong Excel skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Finance is required.
• 4+ years of finance experience, preferably in business partnering.
• Excellent MS Excel skills and advanced Power BI/Power Query abilities.
• Fluent English communication and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

The role

As a Finance Junior Manager gives support to the (alternatively) Materials / Factory / Logistics / Supply Chain Overheads and Business Waste respective teams by performing various day to day operational activities for them, discussing, and sharing relevant information and assumptions behind these activities so that European finance teams and countries can concentrate on their core business partnering tasks.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Ensure Knowledge transfer is OTIF from old SCFS Teams in Unilever ahead of the end of the TSA (Temporary Service Agreement) by end 2026.
• Act as first point of contact for the respective Cost Bucket Owners in Europe and all its countries and factories covering localization process of Opus Design (New SAP) representing EU processes, Being the linking pin between the internal Cost Buckets Owners and the team members in charge of transfer pricing and intercompany flows
• Coordinate the Business Plan & Quarterly TP update processes between GBS team and 3rd party subcontractors where applicable
• Facilitate the Transfer Price corrections and strengthen the controls process identifying together with Unilever SCFS the root causes
• Deliver understanding & transparency of Supply Chain cost developments (Actuals vs. Forecast) for the Cost Bucket in scope
• Maintain and develop various TP reporting using relevant tools (Power BI, Power Query etc.)
• Lead projects for further development of the analytical support provided to the external stakeholders
• Lead projects for continuous improvement in team processes

We’re looking for someone who

• University degree in Finance (minimum Bachelor)
• Minimum of 4 years of finance working experience preferably in finance business partnering
• Excellent MS Excel Skills.
• Power BI/ Power Query is required.
• Effective Communication: Fluent in English, oral and written.
• Analytical thinking, problem solving attitude.
• Financial Accounting and Reporting knowledge
• Effective Prioritization and Problem-solving attitude
• Forward looking approach and ability to provide “what if” analysis
• Multiple Stakeholders Management
• IT skills – excellent level of computer literacy (incl excel & SAP)
