Job summary

ShipBob in India is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst, Labor Planning to strengthen labor and capacity planning across our growing fulfillment network. You will analyze labor needs, build planning tools, and drive efficiency to meet merchant SLAs.

You will collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams, maintain planning models, and develop dashboards using Excel, SQL, and PowerBI. A strong analytical mindset and proactive approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in labor or capacity planning within warehousing or fulfillment environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; SQL; familiarity with PowerBI and Python preferred.

Responsibilities

Role Description

The Supply Chain Analyst, Labor Planning will support and enhance our labor and capacity planning functions at ShipBob. With a growing global network of fulfillment centers, you will play a critical role in analyzing labor requirements, building planning tools, and ensuring operational efficiency across sites. You will work closely with operations stakeholders and cross-functional teams to optimize labor allocation and meet merchant SLAs. This role will report to the Supply Chain Operations, Labor Planning Manager.

What you’ll bring to the table
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in labor or capacity planning within warehousing or fulfillment environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL; familiarity with PowerBI and Python preferred
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
