Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Internships and/or 0-2 years of related experience - Quantitative analysis skills; Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, Power BI.
• Excellent communication, business, analytical, and problem-solving/trouble-shooting skills
• Ability to work independently on assigned accountabilities and tasks.
• Ability to identify process failures and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Monitors PO management mailbox, responds to queries, and maintains incident status.
• Executes procurement transactions (requisition, PO creation, receipts, and invoice/payments) with accuracy.
• Resolves procurement issues of moderate complexity within defined procedures.
• Maintains supplier profile data and performs supplier profile cleanup.
• Performs user testing for new or updated procurement tools and regression testing.
• Delivers training on supplier registration, requisitioning, PO processes and supplier lifecycle.

Key Areas Of Responsibilities

• Monitors PO Management mailbox, responds to queries, creates PO Management incidents, and
• maintains PO Management incident status.
• Executes procurement transactions (requisition & PO creation, receipts, invoice payment expedite requests, etc).
• Resolves procurement related problems / issues of moderate complexity within defined procedures and practices.
• Maintains procurement related supplier profile data and works supplier profile cleanup activities (supplier merging / renaming, mass change requests).
• Performs user testing activities when new tools are introduced, when there are changes to existing tools, or when there is a need to perform regression testing.
• Delivers user training in procurement related areas such as supplier registration, requisitioning, Purchase Orders and Supplier life cycle.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
