Job summary

Sika is seeking a Supply Analyst based in Navi Mumbai to manage and analyze supply chain operations. This role includes developing projects to improve efficiency and maintaining relationships with vendors and shippers.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of supply chain processes and experience in ensuring compliance with quality standards. Key responsibilities include performance measurement and working collaboratively with procurement and logistics teams.

• Collect data on supply chain operations & analyze data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency.
• Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with shippers and vendors, establish a supplier reliability matrix.
• Assess vendor operations and enforce compliance with quality standards.
• Measure supply chain performance and report to management.
• Work with the procurement, logistics and IT departments to enhance service delivery.
• Complete ownership of OTIF – improvement by identifying gap in supply planning operations to improve efficiency.
• Analyze current data and drive improvisation projects to reduce STO.
