Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent, with experience in data analytics, engineering, or QA.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier quality, QA, or similar field.
• Knowledge of ISO, CFR, GMP and related regulations.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier quality review and approval initiatives within the global supplier onboarding and indirect purchasing systems.
• Maintain supplier quality data integrity in the Supplier Quality Management system including alignment with supplier onboarding records.
• Champion global process and system improvement initiatives to improve user experience and ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
• Effectively collaborate with cross functional team members to maintain supplier data integrity as required.

Take your next step to an altogether life-changing career.Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.The Supplier Quality Operations Lead Specialist is responsible for maintaining supplier data integrity, leading system maintenance and champion continuous improvement initiatives.This position reports to the Supplier Quality Operations Manager and is part of the Supplier Quality Organization located in Bangalore, India and will be an on-site role.

What You Will Do

• Lead supplier quality review and approval initiatives within the global supplier onboarding and indirect purchasing systems
• Maintain supplier quality data integrity in the Supplier Quality Management system including alignment with supplier onboarding records
• Champion global process and system improvement initiatives to improve user experience and ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements
• Effectively collaborate with cross functional team members to maintain supplier data integrity as required

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical discipline or equivalent non-technical discipline with experience in data analytics, engineering, or quality assurance
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supplier quality, quality assurance or similar field
• Knowledge of applicable standards and industry regulations (i.e. ISO, CFR, GMP, etc.)
• Possess strong data analysis skills and problem-solving abilities

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

• Ability to travel – 15% travel, overnight, global
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in

• Data analytics and report development experience (i.e. QlikSense, Power BI, etc.)
• Knowledge of supplier onboarding, supplier management & maintenance
• Demonstrated commitment to DBS Fundamentals, holding a CP or ACP preferably in TPI, PSP or Daily Management
