Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance across global supplier networks. You will manage change controls and supplier qualifications, driving continuous improvement and cost-effective quality outcomes. Travel 30-40% is required.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sites to resolve quality issues, implement CAPA plans and sustain high standards of patient safety and product integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field is required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering or quality assurance/quality engineering.
• Experience in supplier qualification, change controls and GMP/biopharma environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier change requests across multiple manufacturing sites globally.
• Support supplier qualification, part/process qualification, issue resolution and quality plan implementation.
• Lead root cause investigations and CAPA plans, influencing cross-functionally.

The Supplier Quality Engineer for Cytiva is responsible for ensuring exceptional product quality for patient safety, customer value beyond expectations, regulatory assurance, and optimized cost of quality.

What You Will Do

• Primary areas of focus will be managing supplier change requests across multiple manufacturing sites globally.
• Support supplier qualification, part/process qualification, issue resolution and improving supplier quality performance through continuous improvement activities and quality plan implementation.
• Effectively problem solve with the skills to lead Root Cause investigations / CAPA plans and ability to influence others cross-functionally
• Collaborate with Suppliers and internal Stakeholders to drive Quality improvements that minimize the Costs of Quality and support implementation of Supplier/Engineering Changes

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field; minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering or quality assurance, or quality engineering preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industries.
• Experience in managing change controls with multiple manufacturing sites
• Excellent communicator and collaborator who can influence at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in supplier qualification and working with suppliers, especially in operations and at GEMBA

• Ability to travel – 30-40%
