Responsibilities

• Track regular KPIs/PLIs and escalate when needed.
• Manage suppliers & components during project series phase; conduct onsite supplier audits; plan production transfer/relocation within current supplier; support product modification or process change for purchased parts including re-sampling.
• Collaborate on cost evidence for supplier complaints and communicate findings.
• Collaborate on supplier evaluation and ensure quality performance data accuracy in systems.
• SQMC and SQMP tasks may also be undertaken as required.

Job description

1. Aim of the position

• Relates to planning and directing the provision of materials and services and their movement through the value chain to satisfy financial, quality and on-time delivery requirements. Activities include supplier management, category management, purchasing, order management, inventory management, transportation management.

2. Tasks of the job holder

• Regular KPls/ Pls tracking and reporting and initiate the escalation process, if appropriate
• Management of assigned suppliers & components in the series phase of projects ( conduct onsite supplier audits, Manage Production transfer-planned relocation within the current supplier, Collaborate on Product modification and/ or process change for purchased parts where the supplier reuestd permanent changes, including re sampling of products. Ensure the resolution of supplier complaint using problem-solving methods
• Collaborate on the complaints costs evidence (support at costs evidence and their communication to the supplier)
• Collaborate on the supplier evaluation and ensure the correctness of quality performance related data in the system
• Additionally SQMC and SQMP task can be taken.

Required qualifications
