The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and is essential in managing supplier quality audits and product launches. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of quality tools, problem-solving techniques, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. This is a compliance-driven role that supports the North America team by working in the second shift.

Job description
Key Responsibilities
Carry out supplier Qualification and Process Audit.
Support new product launches to ensure that supplier quality meets the required standards.
Should have Sound knowledge on APQP, PPAP and Quality tools.
Should have Product & Process knowledge in Plastic, Electrical, Rubber & Sheet Metal components.
Participate in cross-functional teams in the development of new products or changes (ECN) related to current products in meeting customer requirements.
Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions of supplier quality issues.
Sound Knowledge in Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving tools.
Hands on Experience on Chargeback the suppliers for Quality issues & taking Corrective actions.
Support the Quality Manager to monitor and report on supplier product quality and performance.
Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process or system.
Should locate and define new Process Improvement Opportunities.
Capability to visualize the Production / aftermarket business operations.
Should be able to do Basic Data Analysis, and expert in MS Office.
Should be willing to work in 2nd shift to support North America team and supplier.
