Job Responsibilities
Support new product launches to ensure that supplier quality meets required standards.
Have basic knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and quality tools.
Possess product & process knowledge in plastic, rubber, and sheet metal components.
Participate in cross‑functional teams in the development of new products or changes (ECN) related to current products to meet customer requirements.
Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions for supplier quality issues.
Support the Quality Manager to monitor and report on supplier product quality and performance to adhere to processes and prevent non‑conformities, relating to product, process, or system.
Locate and define new process improvements.
Do basic data analysis and be an expert in MS Office.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
1‑2 years of experience in any quality domain, automobile.
Experience in supplier quality (APQP/PPAP).
Basic knowledge of quality tools and methodology.
Self‑driven and able to work cross‑functionally.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Access, Word, with advanced Excel.
