Job Responsibilities

• Support new product launches to ensure that supplier quality meets required standards.
• Have basic knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and quality tools.
• Possess product & process knowledge in plastic, rubber, and sheet metal components.
• Participate in cross‑functional teams in the development of new products or changes (ECN) related to current products to meet customer requirements.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions for supplier quality issues.
• Support the Quality Manager to monitor and report on supplier product quality and performance to adhere to processes and prevent non‑conformities, relating to product, process, or system.
• Locate and define new process improvements.
• Do basic data analysis and be an expert in MS Office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 1‑2 years of experience in any quality domain, automobile.
• Experience in supplier quality (APQP/PPAP).
• Basic knowledge of quality tools and methodology.
• Self‑driven and able to work cross‑functionally.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Access, Word, with advanced Excel.
