Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a detail-oriented professional in Gurgaon to collect and verify supplier documentation for customs and trade compliance.

You will manage test reports, conformity statements, and follow-up on external lab results, while handling mill and type approval certificates and hazmat paperwork. The role requires 1 year in Customs/Export or related fields and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience in supplier management or customs/export is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collect supplier documentation for conformity programs (test reports, conformity statements).
• Follow up of test reports from external labs.
• Collect mill certificates and type approval certificates.
• Prepare hazmat documentation and origin certificates for FTAs (NA/EU).
• Perform other duties as assigned by the SC Manager.

Job Purpose

Collection of supplier documentation for various trade and customs purposes for CNH globally

Key Responsibilities

• 1.Collection of documentation and verifications needed for active conformity programs:
• a.Test reports from suppliers
• b.Conformity statements from suppliers
• c.Follow up of test reports from external labs
• 2.Mill certificates
• 3.Type approval certificates
• 4.Hazmat documentation
• 5.Follow up of certificates of origin requirements (where needed) for free trade agreements (FocusN.America and EU)
• 6.All other duties as assigned by the SC Manager

Experience Required

• Minimum 1 year experience in the area of Customs/Export, supplier management or order management
• Advanced excel skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in industrial or logistics business management or college degree in Industrial Engineering or similardegree
