Weaver in India is seeking a Tax professional at the Supervisor level to join our growing firm. The candidate will be a team player who takes initiative, communicates effectively, and manages multiple assignments of varying sizes and complexity.

The role emphasizes preparing and reviewing complex returns (1040, 1065 FLP, 1041), proficiency with CCH Axcess and Prosystem Fx Engagement, and mentoring juniors while maintaining strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• 4 or 4+ years of public accounting experience.
• Proficient in CCH Axcess, Prosystem Fx Engagement, Gofile room.
• Experience in Preparing / Reviewing – 1040,1065(FLP’s),1041 tax returns.
• Able to work on complex tax returns.
• Team orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
• Independent training and self-development, including researching and self-involving based on available resources.
• Fluent writing and verbal skills in English, including grammatical accuracy.
• Willing to work in office with team members / Supervisors or managers.
• Willing to train the juniors in the team.
• Problem solving skills and able to work independently successfully.
• Ability to grasp new concepts.
• Able to work flexible hours when key client or team meetings are needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)

As this role is focused, the candidate should have a strong work ethic and be a self-starter, and understand that the busy season for work often differs from a typical tax busy season.

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:

• 4 or 4+ years of public accounting experience
