Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management and stock control.
• Ability to manage pantry inventory across beverages, snacks and cutlery.
• Strong coordination with vendors and vendors follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Monitor orders and maintain inventory levels of pantry supplies.
• Ensure pantry area is clean, organized, and compliant with health safety regulations.

Inventory & Stock Control Monitor order and maintain inventory levels of pantry supplies beverages snacks and cutlery.

Operational Management Ensure the pantry area is clean organized and compliant with health safety and sanitation regulations.

Team Leadership Supervise train and schedule pantry staff (helpers) to ensure efficient service.

Service & Quality Assurance Oversee the preparation and serving of food/beverages ensuring quality proper temperature and timely delivery.

Documentation Record inventory usage handle vendor coordination and manage daily reports for management.
