Assistant / Associate - Manufacturing Injectables

Key Responsibilities

• Attend the training as per schedule and work as per TNI.
• Perform and monitor all activities related to the aseptic area.
• Follow the preventive maintenance schedule of machines, instruments and equipment in the area.
• Ensure the cleaning and sanitization of machines, instruments and equipment and the area.
• Conduct line clearance activities before commencing operations, CIP and SIP of the Filtration Vessel.
• Operate the Vial Filling Machine and Vial Capping Machine.
• Inform the supervisor immediately of any observation or disturbance found in the aseptic area.
• Maintain self-hygiene, cleaning & sanitization of the area, follow SOPs, and fill the required documents.
• Fill the log of the area as per SOP and work execution.
• Ensure UAF is working in the area.
• Follow cGMP, Good Document Practice, and discipline in the department.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 2-7 years.
• Skilled operator required for machine operation of Vial Filling Machine and Vial Capping Machine.
• Experience in the aseptic area for manufacturing of injectable products.
