Job summary

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in warehouse operations, strong knowledge of inbound, storage, outbound, and returns, and experience with e-commerce warehousing, WMS, and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Understanding of inbound, storage/inventory, outbound and returns.
• Experience in e-commerce warehouse operations is mandatory.
• Proficient in WMS and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution of daily activities.
• Manage inventory levels to maintain accuracy, availability, and timely replenishment.
• Oversee inbound (receiving), storage, and outbound (dispatch) processes.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and promote a safe working culture.
• Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes and operational workflows.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to enhance performance and engagement.
• Analyse operational data and prepare reports on inventory, productivity, and efficiency.
