Job summary

Polycab in India seeks a seasoned cable production professional to manage manpower and oversee HV/EHV manufacturing processes including RBD, extrusion, and testing. You will coordinate daily operations, ensure quality, and contribute to production planning.

The ideal candidate holds a BE or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, has 5–10 years of experience in cable production, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency with Excel and Office tools.
