Responsibilities

The Position:

The Supervisor, Line Maintenance, engaged through an Employer of Record, will oversee daily operations at the line station, ensuring aircraft inspection and repair services are performed efficiently. This role guarantees 100% seat functionality on all dispatched overnight aircraft, which is crucial to our maintenance services.

Maintenance Operations:

• Schedule site personnel according to flight schedules.
• Manage inventory control and logistics for assets.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance during overnight holds.
• Handle local site responsibilities including customs, security, and office management.
• Perform onboard maintenance and cover for absent staff as needed.

Supervisory:

Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate team members.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Aircraft Line Maintenance background with relevant qualifications and licenses (e.g., Indian DGCA CAR 66 B1/B2 License).
• 3-5 years of supervisory or lead experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities at the local level.
• Full understanding of industry practices and company policies.
• Legal right to work in the country.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing, lifting, and working in various environmental conditions.
