Job summary

PI Industries Ltd invites applications for the Supervisor Instrumentation role in Panoli-02. The incumbent will support installation and maintenance of instrumentation systems across the plant, ensuring smooth operation of packing lines, formulation units, and utilities.

Diploma in Instrument Engineering and 4–7 years of relevant experience are preferred. The position requires hands-on maintenance, calibration, interlock verifications, and adherence to HSE and ISO standards.

Qualifications

Reporting To: Site Engineering Head

Position Purpose

The Position is overall responsible to support Instrumentation system installations and maintenance.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Maintenance
• Preventive maintenance & changeover of packing line equipment’s.
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of formulation, packing line & Utility.
• Calibrations and interlock verifications as per schedule.
• HSE compliances as per designs.

Operational Responsibilities

• Maintenance
• Preventive maintenance & changeover of packing line equipment’s.
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of formulation, packing line & Utility.

Functional Competencies

• Knowledge of handling instruments
• Ability to handle day to day maintenance and installation of all type of field instruments
• Proficiency in PLC/DCS installation and logic building, experience in YOKOGAWA DCS operation is preferred
• Ability to solve technical issues
• Good Technical knowledge of own as well as related fields
• Knowledge of SAP
