Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a JM Supervisor to manage a team of technicians, ensuring high-quality termite services in Kozhikode district, Kerala. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising jobs, issuing materials, and optimizing consumption while maintaining the excellence of service delivery.

A minimum education of 10th pass is required, with additional qualifications preferred. The role emphasizes leadership, independence, and effective team management.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification of 10th pass; preferably 10+2.
• Able to read and write in local language; English preferred.
• Preferably possess a two-wheeler and valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of technicians to deliver service excellence.
• Supervise termite jobs and ensure high workmanship standards.
• Allocate technicians for daily deployment in coordination with SPs.

Job description

About the Role

• The JM Supervisor manages a team of technicians and delivers high‑quality termite services, optimising material consumption and ensuring service excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage a team of technicians and deliver Service Excellence.
• Ensure contractual obligations to customers are met with consistently high workmanship standards.
• Supervise Termite jobs, SME jobs when TSPO jobs are absent, and support Solo Technicians if required (not for office work).
• Issue and monitor materials, chemicals, fuel and optimise consumption.
• Verify physical stock matches NAV every 15 days.
• Prepare bags and materials for technicians one day in advance, using the planner schedule.
• Allocate technicians for daily deployment in coordination with SPs as per OTOZ.
• Reduce material consumption at site and enroute to optimise resources.
• Inform BM/OM of non‑moving material each month; monitor expiry dates and notify OM/BM 3–4 months in advance.
• Update OE on surplus or near‑expiry stock; prepare indents.
• Perform physical stock taking at branch and customer sites.
• Maintain clean store conditions.
• Check PPE distribution and issue.
• Assess service quality via supervision and surprise visits.
• Supervise termite jobs and optimise ToS.
• Improve quality of termite jobs to reduce complaints.
• Encourage technicians to submit leads.

Educational Qualification / Other Requirements
