About The Role
The JM Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of technicians and delivering quality termite services. The incumbent reports to the OM/AOM/Sr OE and works as part of a multi‑functional team, collaborating with internal staff and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage a team of technicians and deliver Service Excellence through the team.
- Ensure contractual obligations to customers are met and maintain consistently high standards of workmanship.
- Supervise termite jobs, SME jobs in the absence of TSPO jobs, and support solo technicians when required.
- Issue materials, chemicals, fuel and monitor & optimise consumption.
- Verify physical stock every 15 days and match with NAV.
- Prepare bags and materials for technicians one day in advance of the next day’s schedule.
- Allocate technicians for daily deployment in coordination with SPs as per OTOZ.
- Reduce material consumption at site and in route to optimise resource utilisation.
- Inform BM/OM of non‑moving material each month and monitor expiry dates, notifying OM/BM 3‑4 months in advance.
- Update OE on surplus stock or near‑expiry items and prepare indents.
- Conduct physical stock taking at branch and customer sites.
- Ensure the store remains clean and in a neat condition.
- Check PPE distribution, check and issue as needed.
- Check service quality during supervision & surprise visits.
- Supervise termite jobs and optimise Time on Site for termite jobs.
- Improve the quality of termite jobs to reduce complaints.
- Encourage more technicians to submit leads.

Educational Qualification / Other Requirements
- Minimum 10th pass (preferably 10+2); can read & write in local language (English preferred).
- Successfully completed L1 Training Program (L2 preferred).
- Preferably possess a two‑wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Working knowledge of computers is an added advantage.
