Popular Maruti in Kerala seeks a Supervisor-Body Shop to coordinate with service advisors for surveys, parts ordering, and vehicle allocation to tuners and painters. The role focuses on delivering 100% customer-aligned workmanship and zero repeat jobs through thorough road tests.

You will verify and finalize reports, monitor quality delivery, and ensure all requested repairs and cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Acceptance of vehicle from Service Advisors
• Support Advisors for Completing Surveys
• Coordinating with Spare team and order Spare parts
• Allot the Vehicle to Tinkers and Painters for Body repair
• Diagnose the Mechanical complaints and inform the Technicians
• Conducting resurvey and finalize reports
• Inform the Advisor about the work completion
• Ensure and Monitor the quality delivery
• Analyze the Job Card and Ensure 100% Work has done
• Conduct Road Test and Ensure Zero Complaints
• Ensure all requested demanded repair has done
• Ensure washing has done with Quality
• Ensure Fender Cover, Seat cover, Steering cover and Wheel Cup Installed properly.

Job description

Primary purpose:-

Supervisor- Body shop needs to coordinate with service advisor for all bodyshop operations like survey, allotting vehicles, ordering spares etc. They should ensure 100% job has done as per customer voice. Need to ensure zero repeat job & Zero 3 rd Day PSF Complaints through 100% road test.

Reporting To : Floor Controller -Service

Key Job Responsibilities
