Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Surat, India, seeks a proactive supervisor to drive production and integration under strict safety norms.

You will oversee hydraulic systems and transmission/engine work, read drawings to instruct workers, ensure PPE, monitor progress daily, weekly and monthly, and maintain discipline while meeting CCPM targets.

Responsibilities

• Daily, weekly & monthly monitoring of work progress.
• Ensure PPE usage for self and workmen in shop.
• Able to work in shifts and handle shifts individually.
• Prepare plan along with business partner to meet target dates.
• Ensure material full kit before starting of activity.
• Familiar with CCPM, MS project.
• Lead and coordinate with team to meet production targets.
