Job summary

Indovision Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a quality-focused professional to supervise in-process inspection on the Wheel Speed Sensor assembly line. You will handle manpower allocation and ensure shift-wise operations adhere to quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on process knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with customers while maintaining high-level quality control across the production cycle.

Qualifications

• In-process inspection on the assembly line and quality supervision responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain Control Plan and PFMEA for the process.
• Conduct SPC and MSA analyses to ensure measurement system validity.
• Lead RCA, 8D, CAPA, and PSS investigations as needed.
• Perform LPC (Layered Process Audit) to verify compliance.
• Oversee sorting, Safe Launch, and PDI activities.
