Job summary

World Courier, a part of AmerisourceBergen, is seeking a logistics operations professional to support our global logistics and storage services. The role focuses on supervising daily logistics and transportation operations to ensure timely, compliant, and secure movement of materials and medical samples across the supply chain.

You will coordinate transportation activities, prioritize resources, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Associate degree or equivalent in life sciences, clinical research, business administration, customer service, logistics, or related field preferred.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer requests, documentation, and follow-up.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy, professionalism, and diplomacy.

• Ensures compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements across transportation and handling activities to maintain traceability and required standards
• Recommends process, system, and partner improvements that enhance logistics efficiency, scalability, and operational control
• Leads team performance, facilitates capability development, and leads workload alignment to support consistent execution of logistics and transportation priorities.
