Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Superintendent role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Superintendent oversees day-to-day field operations, including scheduling, coordinating, and supervising subcontractors and site staff to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include managing site logistics, enforcing safety and quality standards, monitoring progress against plans and specifications, and resolving issues that arise during construction. The role involves regular communication with project managers, clients, inspectors, and vendors, as well as maintaining detailed documentation such as daily reports, change logs, and site records. The Superintendent supports project closeout activities and helps ensure that completed work meets company and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong construction field management skills, including supervision of crews, coordination of subcontractors, and oversight of daily site operations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules, and to use project management tools to track progress.
• Commitment to safety and quality control, with experience implementing jobsite safety programs and conducting regular inspections.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with project managers, clients, inspectors, and vendors.
• Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role on commercial projects in retail, automotive, industrial, office, or interiors.
• Strong problem-solving and decision‑making abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and construction‑related software (e.g., project management and scheduling tools).
• Relevant education or training in construction management, engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Knowledge of building codes, inspection processes, and best practices for ground‑up, renovation, and rollout projects.
