Job summary

Qasolvers is seeking a skilled storyboard designer for science-based educational content. You will create narrative-driven storyboards for animated videos, explainer videos, and digital learning modules to simplify complex science concepts for learners.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and collaboration with instructional designers, animators, and content teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a science or education field.
• 2-5 years of experience in science content or instructional design.
• Proven experience in storyboard creation for educational content.

• Strong written and verbal communication with sharp editing skills.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed and engaging storyboards for Science-based educational content, including animated videos, explainer videos, e-learning modules, interactive lessons, and digital learning content.
• Translate complex Science concepts into structured, visually engaging, and learner-friendly content.
• Create scene-by-scene storyboards including narration, on-screen text, visual directions, animations, transitions, and interactions.
• Ensure scientific accuracy, conceptual clarity, age-appropriateness, and alignment with learning objectives.
• Incorporate appropriate examples, activities, experiments, diagrams, and real-life applications into storyboards.
• Work closely with instructional designers, animators, graphic designers, and content teams to convert storyboards into final learning assets.
• Review scripts, visuals, animations, and educational content for scientific accuracy.
• Revise storyboards based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of assigned projects.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Science, Education, Life Sciences, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience as a Science SME, Content Developer, Curriculum Developer, Instructional Designer, or similar role
• Proven experience in storyboard creation is mandatory
• Strong understanding of Science concepts and educational content development
• Experience creating storyboards for e-learning, EdTech, animated educational videos, or digital learning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong research, analytical, content-editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to simplify complex scientific concepts without compromising accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow content and project guidelines.
