Job summary

Omega Healthcare in Hyderabad is seeking an SME Data Analytics expert for the BI team, specializing in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. You will develop, implement, and optimize BI solutions to drive actionable insights across the revenue cycle.

You will collaborate with operations, analyze metrics, and translate business needs into data-driven strategies to improve denial management, patient access, coding, billing and collections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years experience in RCM industry.
• 3+ years in Sr Associate or 1 year in SME or analytics role focusing on healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes, denial management, patient access, coding, billing and collections.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

SME Data Analytics Role

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and talented SME to join our Business Intelligence team, specializing in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for development, implementation, and optimization of BI solutions that drive actionable insights and support informed decision-making within the healthcare revenue cycle processes.

The Data Analyst position will give you the following opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• Building data collection from various system software/platform and analytics capabilities to uncover customer, product, and operational insights
• Connecting with operations leads to understanding business needs and the scope of improvement
• Analyze revenue cycle performance metrics, financial data, and operational KPIs.
• Providing data-driven decision support by doing daily/weekly/Monthly reconciliations, deficiency reports, inventory volume, and trends
• Analyzing data sources and proposing solutions such as dashboards, automatic tools, and formulated workflows to strategic planning problems on a one-time or periodic basis
• Developing analytics models and insights through presentations and reports for the Operations team

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelors degree
• Minimum of 6+ yrs experience in RCM Industry
• Minimum of 3yrs years of experience in Sr Associate role or 1 year of experience in SME role or into analytics role, with a strong focus on healthcare revenue cycle management
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes, Denial Management, patient access, coding, billing and collections.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
