Job summary

Kepio Engineering Services in Mumbai seeks a proactive security professional to maintain a secure environment across a multi-business facility. You will implement security protocols, coordinate emergency responses and ensure smooth operations with minimal disruption to visitors.

You will screen personnel and vehicles, conduct drills, report incidents to the IOC/Head of Operations, and work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold safety and asset protection.

Responsibilities

• Implement security policies, protocols and procedures in the facility.
• Ensure operational readiness of satellite operation centre and functioning of and its equipment.
• Ensure security of all assets placed inside the facility and security of own equipment.
• Plan and coordinate security for all events.
• Keep good liaison with cross functional teams and ensure smooth security operations.
• Identify and resolve security breaches during events.
• Ensure timely reporting of incidents to IOC/Head of operations.
• Conduct regular mock drills and training of all stakeholders.
• Respond to all emergencies as per procedures.
• Investigate, resolve issues and create reports for management on security status.
