Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on study opportunities in Germany and other European countries, including course selection, university options, admission processes, and visa guidance.
• Provide end-to-end admission assistance with a strong focus on public universities/institutes.
• Guide students on admission requirements, application documentation, and scholarship opportunities.
• Maintain updated knowledge of admission criteria, processes, and deadlines for European institutions.
• Handle student queries via calls, emails, and counselling sessions (virtual/in-person).
• Track and follow up with student applications to ensure timely submission and conversions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student experience from counselling to admission.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of counselling experience in the study abroad domain (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge and experience in admissions to German or European universities (public universities preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with students.
• Ability to understand student needs and provide customized solutions.
• Familiarity with visa processes for Germany/Europe will be an added advantage.
• Goal-oriented and proactive in achieving student admission targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field.
