Job summary

edept is seeking a dedicated Study Abroad Counsellor to guide students and parents through overseas education journeys. You will support with international pathways and connect them to leading universities worldwide.

The role involves counselling, advising on universities, scholarships, admissions, and visa processes, and managing from enquiry to enrolment while achieving outreach and revenue targets. Willingness to travel locally is required.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on international education opportunities and pathway programs.
• Guide students on universities, courses, study destinations, scholarships, admissions, and visa processes.
• Manage the complete student journey from enquiry to enrolment.
• Drive student conversions and achieve counselling, admission, and revenue targets.
• Generate leads through education fairs, school and college outreach, and channel partnerships.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and education consultants.

We’re looking for a passionate, target-driven, and result-oriented Study Abroad Counsellor to guide students and parents through their overseas education journey.

• Counsel students and parents on international education opportunities and pathway programs.
• Guide students on universities, courses, study destinations, scholarships, admissions, and visa processes.
• Manage the complete student journey from enquiry to enrolment.
• Drive student conversions and achieve counselling, admission, and revenue targets.
• Generate leads through education fairs, school and college outreach, and channel partnerships.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and education consultants.

• 2–4 years of experience in Study Abroad Counselling, Overseas Education, EdTech Counselling, or Education Sales.
• Strong counselling, sales, and relationship management skills.
• A graduate in any discipline.
• Experience with international study destinations and education networks is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally for outreach activities and partner meetings.
