Job summary

NIFGlobalJaipur is a Jaipur-based education consultancy seeking a proactive Study Abroad Counsellor to guide students and parents through overseas education options, from course selection to visa guidance, ensuring a smooth admissions journey.

You will stay updated on university intakes and scholarships, handle walk-ins and enquiries, and build strong relationships with students to help them achieve their study abroad goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Study Abroad Counsellor / Overseas Education Counsellor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of overseas education system and visa process.
• Pleasing personality and counselling skills.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities in countries like UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe etc.
• Understand student profile, career goals and suggest suitable universities, courses and countries.
• Guide students through the entire admission process - application, SOP/LOR review, documentation and visa guidance.
• Handle walk-in enquiries, follow-up on leads via calls, WhatsApp and emails and convert them into admissions.
• Stay updated with latest university intakes, entry requirements, scholarships and visa policies.
