Job summary

Dhrron Consultancy LLC invites a skilled Overseas Education Consultant to guide students through visa requirements for the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and more. You will prepare and review applications, organize required documents, and coordinate with admissions teams to ensure compliant, timely outcomes.

Bring 3+ years of overseas education experience, excellent English communication, and strong organizational abilities to support a rapidly expanding global education brand.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate visa information and guidance for USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and others.
• Prepare and review student visa applications for completeness and compliance.
• Guide students on required documents including financials, SOPs, and academic records.
• Communicate progress and next steps to students regularly.
• Collaborate with admission processors to ensure timely offer letters and compliance.
• Maintain student records and case notes in management systems.
• Handle end-to-end application processing and follow-ups with students and institutions.
• Organize seminars and webinars to increase awareness.

Job description

• Provide accurate and timely information on student visa requirements, processes, and documentation for countries such as the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and others.
• Prepare and review visa applications to ensure completeness and compliance with student visa rules and regulations.
• Maintain a deep understanding of changing student visa policies and updates from embassies and government agencies.
• Guide students in organizing required documents including financials, SOPs, academic records, and language test results.
• Communicate regularly with students to provide updates on application progress and next steps.
• Collaborate with admission processors to ensure compliance with admission requirements and timely offer letter updates.
• Maintain accurate student records, case notes, and follow-up details in student management systems.
• Manage end-to-end application processing, documentation, and regular follow-ups with students and institutions.
• Organize, coordinate, and conduct student seminars and webinars to provide guidance and increase awareness.
• Handle promotional calls and execute promotional campaigns through emails and broadcast.

Target Achievement:

• Achieve monthly/quarterly B2B acquisition and student conversion targets as per the company’s goals.
• Track performance metrics and ensure partner satisfaction and engagement.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the overseas education industry or an education consultancy environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal, with strong proficiency in English.
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple student case.
