Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service skills to provide responsive, supportive, and professional assistance to students and families.
• Solid understanding of Education systems, especially international study options, admission processes, and visa requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Management, or a related field; prior experience in study abroad consulting or academic advising is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, manage multiple student cases simultaneously, and use common office and CRM software tools efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail in handling documents, and a commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory guidance.

Responsibilities

The role also includes participation in outreach activities such as seminars, events, and digital campaigns to attract and support students seeking international education opportunities.
