Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in structural engineering for buildings.
• Proficiency with IS codes and seismic design; familiarity with Eurocodes and US standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures for building projects.
• Develop design solutions compliant with Indian IS codes and project specs.
• Carry out seismic analysis & design per IS 1893, IS 13920, and related standards.
• Prepare design calculations, reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Review and check designs prepared by junior engineers and external consultants.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, geotechnical teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Work on international projects using Eurocodes or American standards (ACI/ASCE/AISC).
• Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and client meetings.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to best engineering practices.
• Support proposals, bid prep, and technical documentation when required.

Job Description:

Looking for a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer with over 7 years of expertise in the building sector. The candidate will be responsible for structural analysis, design, and coordination for residential, commercial, and institutional buildings. The role requires strong proficiency in Indian standards (IS Codes) including seismic design, along with working knowledge of international codes such as Eurocodes and American (ACI/ASCE/AISC) standards.

Experience in global design centers in India handling international projects will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
