Hilti India is looking for a Structural Strengthening Specialist to serve as a technical expert who shapes specifications and expands the use of strengthening solutions across projects. You will collaborate with specification consultants and structural engineers to drive adoption and deliver practical, code-aligned strengthening designs.

The role requires 5–10 years of relevant experience, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and a proactive approach to market development.

Qualifications

• M.Tech in Structural Engineering with 5-10 years of experience in structural engineering consultancy or related product marketing or engineering services.
• Strong knowledge of structural engineering practices, codes and standards, plus analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to engage with structural consultants and engineering stakeholders and influence specifications.
• Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills; result oriented.

• Provide technical expertise and design recommendations for structural strengthening opportunities and develop practical solutions.
• Collaborate with specification consultants to promote Hilti strengthening solutions and drive adoption of new applications.
• Engage with engineers and decision-makers to understand project requirements and influence specifications.
• Support site engagements with technical insights, building relationships and delivering technical presentations.
• Stay updated on Codes, standards and industry trends to deliver high-quality, practical solutions.

As a Structural Strengthening Specialist, you will be a technical expert driving the specification and adoption of structural strengthening applications. You will work closely with Specification Consultants, structural consultants and other key stakeholders to develop and specify new strengthening solutions.

The role focuses on providing strong technical expertise, influencing specifications and expanding the application of structural strengthening solutions across projects.

What You’ll Do

Strengthening & Technical Consulting

• Provide technical expertise and design recommendation on identified structural strengthening opportunities and develop practical strengthening solutions
• Collaborate with Specification Consultants and structural consultants to promote and specify Hilti strengthening solutions and drive adoption of new applications

Project & Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage with structural consultants, engineers and other key decision-makers to understand project requirements and influence specifications
• Support project and site engagements through technical expertise, while building strong relationships with key structural consultants and engineering stakeholders through technical presentations and seminars to drive awareness and adoption of solutions

Technical Excellence & Market Development

• Stay updated on structural engineering practices, codes, standards and industry trends to deliver technically accurate, practical and high-quality solutions
• Identify market opportunities and share industry insights while collaborating with Specification Consultants, Sales and Engineering teams to expand market reach and drive adoption of such solutions

What You’ll Bring

M.Tech in Structural Engineering with 5-10 years of experience preferably in a structural engineering consultancy or an engineering product marketing company

Strong knowledge of structural engineering practices, relevant codes and standards, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Proven experience working with structural consultants and engineering stakeholders, with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills, with a strong focus on results

Experience in market development, technical sales or business development is preferred
