Job summary

Integrated Personnel Services Limited seeks an experienced engineer to lead precast shop drawing efforts in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on 3D modeling, detailing and coordination for slabs, beams, columns and walls, ensuring alignment with project requirements.

The candidate should have 5+ years in precast building design, with strong skills in Rebar, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and Smart Plant Review, and a solid command of MS Excel. International codes knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering from a reputed university/institute.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in precast building 3D modeling, detailing and shop drawing.
• Proficiency in Rebar, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks/Smart Plant Review, and MS-Excel; knowledge of international codes.

Responsibilities

• Produce comprehensive shop drawings for precast components including slabs, beams, columns, walls.
• Prepare Rebar detailing, reports, BBS and BOM.
• Study design drawings to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Review shop drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications.
• Manage RFIs and maintain organized records of reviewed drawings and models.

Prepare Rebar detailing, reports, BBS and BOM.

Study design drawings, details, and related standard drawings to ensure alignment

with project requirements.

Review shop drawings to verify accuracy, completeness, consistency, and

compliance with project specifications.

Manage RFIs as needed to address project queries and provide necessary

clarifications.

Maintain organized records of reviewed and approved shop drawings and models.

Education Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering from a reputed university / institute

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Precast building 3D modeling, detailing & shop

drawing.

Precast building modeling and shop drawing generation using Revit

Skills

Proficiency in Rebar, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks / Smart Plant Review, and MS-Excel.

Understanding of international codes and standards (e.g., American, Euro, Indian).

Knowledge of custom macro preparation is advantageous.

Experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical Plant Structures (e.g., Sub-Station

building, Control & Administration building)

Strong focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks.

Effective communication and coordination with team members and stakeholders.
