Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Structural BIM Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in US-based wood/timber projects. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in modeling and detailing structural systems using Revit, along with proficiency in timber‑specific add‑ins. This role involves working closely with structural engineers, architects, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality BIM models and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models for wood/timber structures using Revit.
• Prepare structural framing plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings for US projects.
• Work on light‑frame wood, mass timber (CLT/GLT), and panelized construction systems.
• Utilize Revit add‑ins for timber modeling, such as AGACAD or similar tools.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (architectural, MEP, and structural).
• Ensure models comply with US building codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using BIM tools.
• Generate shop drawings and construction documentation with high accuracy.
• Maintain model quality, standards, and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project teams in BIM execution planning and workflows.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Structural).

• Familiarity with BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks.
