Job summary

Alliance International Consulting Firm is seeking a highly experienced Structural Engineer to join our civil infrastructure team in India. The role focuses on structural analysis, design, and supervision across buildings, bridges, and tunnels, with emphasis on composite steel girder road/rail overbridges.

The successful candidate will coordinate with Railway Department and NHAI for approvals, prepare detailed drawings and technical specifications, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience in structural engineering, especially in bridges/overbridges.
• Strong proficiency in structural design software: SAP2000, ETABS, AutoCAD.
• In-depth knowledge of Bridge Design Codes, IS codes, and other applicable standards.
• Proven experience with composite steel girder bridges and interaction with Railway/NHAI departments is mandatory.
• Experience in reviewing measurements and preparing bills for structural works.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
