Job summary

KP & J Engineers Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai is seeking a Structural Engineer with at least 2 years of experience to design and analyze structures across steel, masonry, wood, and concrete systems.

You will perform calculations, ensure compliance with US codes, and coordinate with clients and architects throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering (required).
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in structural engineering.
• US Projects working experience is preferred.
• Excellent theoretical and technical knowledge of structural engineering principles.
• Strong understanding of structural drawing review and checking.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to work independently and develop practical engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and contribute to the successful delivery of multiple projects while meeting established deadlines.
