Job summary

Egis is seeking a Structure Designer in Navi Mumbai to join its engineering team. You will read and interpret structural and support modules in E3D, create layouts, sections, and fabrication drawings for pipe and HVAC supports, and review models in Navisworks for clashes.

The role requires mid to senior candidates with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and knowledge of AVEVA E3D 3D & Draft Modules.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Knowledge of AVEVA E3D 3D & Draft Modules.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the Structure & Support Module in E3D.
• Create layouts, views, sections, and connection details using the E3D Structural Module.
• Develop detailed fabrication drawings for Pipe and HVAC supports using the E3D 2D Draw Module.
• Review models in Navisworks to identify and resolve clashes.
• Coordinate with multiple engineering disciplines for design updates.
• Extract and generate MTO/BOM (Material Take-Off/Bill of Materials).
• Prepare fabrication drawing packages in A1/A3 formats.
• Plan and manage tasks to meet project schedules.
• (Senior level) Track team activities and report progress to the Lead.

Key Responsibilities
