Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop structural components for mechanical systems, adhering to safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Perform detailed structural analysis using engineering software and simulation tools to validate designs.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, project management, and R&D, to ensure design feasibility and efficiency.
• Conduct material selection and recommend appropriate solutions for mechanical components.
• Provide technical support and guidance during the prototyping and production phases.
• Evaluate existing designs and propose improvements to optimize performance and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and codes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Strong understanding of structural mechanics and principles.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
• Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) tools like ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar.
