You will prepare drawings, calculations, and technical reports, coordinating with architects and teams to ensure robust, code-compliant structures. The ideal candidate holds a ME/M.Tech in Structural Engineering with 10+ years of experience and proficiency in STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, Revit and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering required.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis, design principles and codes.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Sthirata Construction Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and qualified Structural Design Engineer to join its team in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

• Perform structural analysis and design for buildings and other construction projects.
• Prepare and review structural drawings, design calculations and technical reports.
• Analyse reinforced concrete and steel structures for safety, stability and compliance with applicable design codes.
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers and project teams to ensure effective project execution.
• Review structural models, identify design issues and recommend appropriate engineering solutions.
• Ensure structural designs meet quality, safety and technical requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Qualification: M.E. / M.Tech in Structural Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Software proficiency: STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis, design principles and relevant engineering codes.
