Job description

Normally 8-10 years' plusexperience with a Diploma/Degree in Engineering.

Should be expert in using AutodeskRevit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM Collaborate Pro, andrelated BIM tools.

Present innovative systems ofwork to clients/other consultants to demonstrate the company's continuousimprovement. Build relationships with other design team members.

ProjectRole

• BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM projectdata sets/workflows and project set up
• Develop and maintain BIM workflows, templates,libraries, and best practices to improve project efficiency and consistency.
• Manage interdisciplinary coordination withArchitectural, MEP, Facade and Landscape teams to identify, track, and resolveclashes and design conflicts.
• Ensure construction documents accuracy based ondiscipline BIM Modelling.
• Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflowcriteria
• Monitor project progress, resource allocation, andmodel development to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Create federated Models and conductclash-detection/resolution and lead BIM coordination meeting
• Ability to export DWF and other formats forcollaboration internally/externally.
• BIM Model Review and documentation.
• Provide technical support for BIM enabling softwareapplications to the project team
• Leveraging BIM software and tools as a methodology tocoordinate design documentation
• Prioritize the work in order to meet project deadline.
• Coordination with project lead/inter department/teammembers for the assigned task.
• Evaluate the project deliverable time and resource withproject lead.
• Lead the structural BIM team in delivering high-qualitymodels, drawings, schedules, and project documentation within agreed timelines.
• Support the implementation of ISO 19650 standards,Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows, and information management procedures.
• Coordinate BIM deliverables for authority submissionsand ensure compliance with local authority requirements and BIM E-Submissionprotocols.
• Strong understanding of reinforced concrete and steelstructure modelling practices.
• Facilitate construction teams and contractors byproviding accurate, coordinated, and constructible BIM models and drawings.
• Collaborate closely with Structural Engineers to ensurethat BIM models accurately reflect the latest design intent and engineeringrequirements.
• Strong experience in GCC projects and familiarity withregional design and construction practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverableswhile maintaining high-quality standards.
• Participate in client meetings, BIM coordinationmeetings, and project workshops as required.
• Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving,and team leadership skills.

CompanyRole

• Liaise with Design Systems team to ensure changes inprocedure and standards are effectively communicated to project teams
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training toBIM Modelers and BIM Technicians.
• Thorough knowledge of and compliance with company BIMprocedures and standards

QHSE Responsibilities

• Understand, implement and follow 9E HSEQ policies.
• Implement and coordinate HSEQ procedures in yourworkplace.
• Comply with local regulatory authority guidelines andlaws pertaining to HSEQ.
• Report any HSEQ incidents immediately to 9E HSEQ Dept.and to legal authorities if required.
• Abide Client/Contractor HSEQ requirements and acquiresite induction before mobilizing at sites.
