Job summary

Tekskills seeks a Streamserve Consultant to join our team in India, offering 5+ years of hands-on OpenText Streamserve experience. The role involves cloud-based setup, incident handling, and adherence to Liberty access provisioning rules.

You will support AP in Source-to-Pay processes, collaborate with Cognizant leads, assist API deployments and testing, and strive for exemplary client service across 50 users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with OpenText StreamServe.
• Experience in cloud-based StreamServe setups.
• Ability to manage incidents and meet SLAs.
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable in Source-to-Pay.

Responsibilities

• Provide business hours support to incidents and service requests for StreamServe cloud setup.
• Acknowledge inflows promptly and resolve per SLA.
• Step up for elevated customer care during needs-of-the-hour situations.
• Support ~50 users in Accounts Payable under Source-to-Pay with OpenText documents.
• Collaborate with Cognizant leads on incident progress reporting.
• Assist API deployments and testing to ensure deployments work as expected.
• Be self-driven and collaborative prioritizing Liberty end users and Cognizant team.

JD:

• Providing business hours support to incidents, clarifications, service requests for OpenText Streamserve cloud-based setup including access provisioning per the Liberty access provisioning rules
• Supporting in prompt acknowledgement of inflow incidents, and timely resolution as per the SLAs defined
• As needed step up for providing client business the exemplary experience during needs-of-the-hour situations for elevated customer care
• Supporting a user based of about 50 users involved in Accounts Payable area under Source-to-Pay and dealing with OpenText documents, Vendor invoices, and Customer documents
• Working closely with the Cognizant lead for applications in reporting on the progress of incidents
• Work closely during any API deployments and involve in testing to ensure that deployments and APIs work as expected
• Need to be extremely self-driven and collaborative keeping Liberty end users and fellow Cognizant team-members foremost in priority giving a smooth experience
