Job summary

Teachmint in Bengaluru is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to partner with the GTM leadership across four zones and drive strategic initiatives. You will resolve operational bottlenecks and enable the GTM organization to achieve business goals.

The role requires 3–6 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, strong problem-solving and stakeholder management, and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM and Channel teams to drive strategy and operational initiatives across four zones.
• Identify and resolve business and operational bottlenecks with zonal heads.
• Support GTM teams in closing critical deals with strategic and operational input.
• Analyze business challenges and develop data-driven solutions to improve GTM performance.
• Track key metrics, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Channels, Operations and other teams for execution.
• Travel to different zones to work with zonal leadership and field teams.
• Drive process improvements and ensure consistent execution of GTM strategies.
• Own high-priority projects assigned by leadership.
• Bridge HQ leadership and zonal GTM teams for effective communication.

About the Role:

We are looking for a high-energy, smart, and problem-solving-oriented Strategic & Operations professional to work closely with the GTM leadership team across four zones. The role will focus on driving strategic initiatives, solving operational bottlenecks, supporting zonal teams, and enabling the GTM organization to achieve its business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with GTM and Channel teams to drive strategy and operational initiatives across four zones.
• Work closely with zonal heads to identify and resolve business and operational bottlenecks .
• Support GTM teams in closing critical deals by providing strategic and operational support.
• Analyze business challenges and develop data-driven solutions to improve GTM performance.
• Track key business metrics, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Channels, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Travel to different zones as required to work closely with zonal leadership and field teams.
• Drive process improvements and ensure consistent execution of GTM strategies across regions.
• Take ownership of high-priority projects and initiatives assigned by the leadership team.
• Act as a bridge between HQ leadership and zonal GTM teams , ensuring effective communication and execution.

Required Skills:

• 3–6 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, GTM, Sales, or Channel Operations .
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
