Job summary

Lenskart is seeking a store operations leader to oversee daily activities at our Siddharth Nagar outlet in Uttar Pradesh. You will drive sales, manage a team, and ensure exceptional customer service across eyewear products.

You will maintain product knowledge, oversee inventory and merchandising, monitor KPIs, train staff, and handle reporting and compliance. Your efforts should foster repeat business and strong customer relationships.

• Store Operations: Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Sales & Revenue: Drive store sales, achieve monthly revenue targets, and identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
• Team Management: Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff to achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Customer Experience: Ensure excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and resolving complaints effectively.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain strong knowledge of eyewear, sunglasses, lenses, frames, and other optical products.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, coordinate replenishment, and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure proper product display, store cleanliness, and adherence to Lenskart's visual merchandising standards.
• Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, conversion rates, average transaction value, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Staff Training: Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer handling, and store processes.
• Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate sales reports, cash records, billing processes, and operational documentation.
• Business Development: Build strong customer relationships, encourage repeat purchases, and support customer retention initiatives.
