• Financial Management:
  • 1. Manage budgets, controlling expenses and optimizing revenue.
  • 2. Analyze sales and membership data to inform business decisions.
• Leadership:
  • 1. Lead and motivate a team of private trainers, group fitness instructors, and sales staff.
  • 2. Recruit, train, and develop staff to achieve business objectives.
  • 3. Foster a positive, inclusive studio culture.

Requirements:

• 1. 2+ years of experience in hospitality/ Pilates studio or a related field.
• 2. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• 3. Proven sales and marketing expertise.

Desirable Qualifications:

• 1. Experience with gym/ studio operations software.
• 2. Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
