Job summary

Cultsport is seeking a customer-focused Store Manager to lead daily operations of a Cultsport store in Ghaziabad. You will manage the store team, deliver a helpful and energetic shopping experience, and drive sales across fitness apparel, footwear and accessories.

You will maintain stock accuracy, store presentation and operational compliance while coaching staff to meet sales and service goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory/store leadership role.
• Experience in sportswear/fitness retail.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and schedule the store team to meet sales and service goals.
